摘要
本文对高校研究生教育管理如何开展进行了新的探索。提出根据学生个性化特点进行精准帮扶助推。通过开展党建与思想政治教育工作,坚定学生理想信念,并通过学术与创新创业、社会实践等活动引导学生综合素质稳步提升,为培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人。
This paper makes a new exploration on how to carry out graduate education management in colleges and universities,and proposed to help and boost students precisely according to their personalized characteristics.Strengthen students’ideals and beliefs through the Party building and ideological education and political work;guide students to improve their comprehensive quality steadily through academic,innovation,entrepreneurship,social practice and other activities in order to train qualified socialist builders and reliable successors with all-round development of moral education,intellectual education,sports,aesthetic education,labor education,etc.
