摘要
为了了解临床营养学课程双语教学效果和试卷质量,统计分析了对照组和干预组的期末考试成绩。对照组和干预组的试卷难度系数分别为0.66和0.67,均为较难;区分度系数分别为0.59和0.63,均为很好;平均成绩分别为67.3±9.8和66.3±9.7。两组间平均成绩、及格率和优良率差异均无统计学意义;但分数段频数分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床营养学双语教学不影响试卷的难度和区分度,也不影响学生考试成绩,可在今后逐渐稳步推进。
In order to investigate the effect of bilingual teaching and the quality of examination papers of the course in Clinical Nutrition,the final test scores of the control group and the intervention group are statistically analyzed.The difficulty coefficients of the control group and intervention group were 0.66 and 0.67 respectively,both in difficult level.The degree coefficients were 0.59 and 0.63 respectively,both in good level.The average scores were 67.3±9.8 and 66.3±9.7 respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in the passing rate and good rate,but with a significant difference in the distribution of total score(P<0.05).Bilingual teaching does not affect the quality of final examination papers and students'scores,which can be put into practice gradually and steadily.
