摘要
住院医师规范化培训是医学人才培养的重要环节,是医学生成为合格临床医师的必经之路。住院医师规范化培训学员在带教教师的指导下进行临床实践活动,并通过考核成为一名合格的超声医师。住院医师规范化培训中的考核研究一直是研究的重点,本研究将住院医师规范化培训的考核常态化,引导学员自主学习能力,有助于学员理论水平、操作技能及临床思维能力的提高,使住院医师规范化培训更有益于学员的自身发展,使其今后工作中诊疗更加规范化。
Standardized training of residents is an important link in the training of medical talents and the only way for medical students to become qualified clinicians.The students of resident standardized training carry on the clinical practice activity under the guidance of the teacher,and become qualified ultrasound doctors through the evaluation.The evaluation research in the standardized training of residents has always been the focus of the research.This study normalizes the standardized training of residents,guides students'autonomous learning ability,and contributes to the improvement of students'theoretical level,operational skills and clinical thinking ability,which makes the standardized training of residents more beneficial to the students'own development,and makes the diagnosis and treatment in their future work more standardized.
