摘要
为研究社会支持对青少年强迫性网络使用的影响,以及坚毅的中介作用和年龄的调节作用,采用随机整群抽样法,对湖南省3所中学的1761名初、高中学生进行问卷调查,结果发现:社会支持、坚毅与青少年强迫性网络使用得分均呈显著负相关,社会支持与坚毅得分显著正相关;坚毅在社会支持与强迫性网络使用中起部分中介作用;年龄在坚毅对强迫性网络使用的影响中起调节作用。基于此,学校可以将坚毅品格的培养融入学科课程教学,培养学习能力预防网络成瘾;将坚毅品格的培养落实到心理课程,锻造心理韧性克服网络成瘾;将坚毅品格的培养渗透到课外活动,借助健康生活方式远离网络成瘾。
This study focuses on investigating the effect of social support for compulsive internet use among adolescents,as well as the role of grit and age factor.A questionnaire was conducted among 1761 junior and senior high school students from three middle schools in Hunan province by random cluster sampling.The results show that social support,grit and adolescent compulsive internet use are significantly negatively correlated;social support and grit are significantly positively related;grit plays a part of mediating role in social support and compulsive internet use;age moderates the effect of grit on compulsive internet use.Therefore,schools can integrate the cultivation of grit into the teaching objectives of subjects so that internet addiction can be prevented by improving learning competence.Besides,the cultivation of fortitude character can be implemented in psychological courses so that internet addiction can be overcome by forging mental toughness.Furthermore,the cultivation of grit can also be infiltrated into extra curricular activities to keep students away frominternet addiction with the help of a healthy lifestyle.
