基于RTDS的动态无功调节装置低电压穿越控制策略研究

摘要 随着新能源发电系统的并网容量日益增大,其对电力系统的不利影响也逐渐增强。动态无功调节装置是辅助新能源发电系统大规模并网的重要设备之一,因此,国家能源行业标准(以下简称能标)对高压动态无功调节装置在电网故障情况下的运行性能提出了新的要求。针对电网故障情况下高压动态无功调节装置低电压穿越(LVRT)问题,本文根据能标要求,设计了动态无功调节装置的低电压穿越控制策略,并在RTDS仿真测试平台上进行了实验验证。测试结果验证了低电压穿越控制策略的有效性。 With the increasing capacity of the new energy power generation system,its adverse effect on the power system is gradually enhanced.Dynamic reactive power regulation device is one of the important equipment to support the largescale grid connection of new energy power generation system.Therefore,the national standard can put for ward new requirements for the operation performance of high voltage dynamic reactive power regulation device in the case of grid fault.Aiming at the low voltage ride through(LVRT)problem of high voltage dynamic reactive power regulation device in the case of grid fault,this paper designs LVRT control strategy of the dynamic reactive power regulation device according to the national standard.Experimental verification is carried out on the RTDS simulation test platform.The effectiveness of the LVRT control strategy is verified by test results.
