摘要 本文通过实例来表现工业机器人在虚拟环境下仿真建模的过程,运用ROBOGUIDE平台构建虚拟工厂系统,在虚拟环境下优化工厂布局,进行离线编程仿真生产过程。指出在虚拟环境中能真实模拟工厂生产线的运动,方便在计算机上根据需要修改设计,验证不同的方案,不断优化生产线,可以大大减少调试成本。 In this paper, the process of simulation and modeling of industrial robot in virtual environment is demonstrated by an example. The virtual factory system is constructed by using ROBOGUIDE platform, and the factory layout is optimized in the virtual environment, and offline programming is carried out to simulate the production process. It is pointed out that the virtual environment can simulate the motion of the production line of the factory. It is convenient to modify the design according to the needs on the computer, to verify different schemes and to optimize the production line continuously, which can greatly reduce the debugging cost.
