摘要
目的探究中医综合护理在慢性乙肝肝硬化腹胀患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月-2019年4月接收的160例慢性乙肝肝硬化腹胀患者,采取随机数字表法分为观察组(80例)与对照组(80例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中医综合护理。对比分析2组患者临床症状消失时间及患者的生活质量。结果观察组临床症状消失时间显著比对照组短,且护理后观察组生活质量各评分比对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取中医综合护理对慢性乙型肝炎后肝硬化腹胀患者进行干预取得良好效果,尤其体现在临床症状的改善、生活质量提升等方面,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis with abdominal distention.Methods 160 patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis and abdominal distention received from our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into observation group(n=80)and control group(n=80).The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms in the two groups,the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,and the quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is worth popularizing and applying to the patients with cirrhotic abdominal distention after chronic hepatitis B with comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine,especially reflected in the improvement of clinical symptoms,quality of life and other aspects.It is worth popularizing and applying.
