摘要
目的分析自粘性弹力绷带在中医手法复位小夹板外固定治疗前臂骨折中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月-2018年12月收取前臂骨折患者12例,随机分为2组各6例,对照组采用中医手法复位小夹板外固定,观察组采用自粘性弹力绷带包扎联合手法复位小夹板外固定,比较2组临床效果。结果对照组临床总有效率50.00%低于观察组83.33%,差异显著,P<0.05。2组治疗前GCQ评分差异不显著,P>0.05;治疗后观察组GCQ评分高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。对照组恢复时间长于观察组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论采用自粘性弹力绷带联合中医手法复位小夹板外固定治疗前臂骨折患者可提高临床疗效,提高患者舒适度,缩短恢复时间,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of self-adhesive elastic bandage in the treatment of forearm fracture with manual reduction and small splint external fixation.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,12 patients with forearm fracture were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine manual reduction and splint external fixation,and the observation group was treated with self-adhesive elastic bandage bandage combined with manual reduction and splint external fixation.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the control group was 50.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group(83.33%)(P<0.05).Evaluation of GCQ in two groups before treatment was carried out,and the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the GCQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the control group was longer than that of the observation group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of self-adhesive elastic bandage combined with traditional Chinese medicine for external fixation of forearm fracture can improve the clinical effect,improve the patient’s comfort and shorten the recovery time,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
