摘要
目的分析国医大师和全国名中医对心律失常的用药,探讨中医治疗心律失常的用药规律,为临床治疗心律失常的组方用药提供参考。方法对中国知网数据库(CNKI)收录的国医大师和全国名中医治疗心律失常的文献进行检索,采用频数统计、聚类分析和关联规则分析,总结心律失常的用药规律。结果符合条件的文献共64篇,医案98个,共用药201味,分为19大类,1319频次。单味药使用频数最高的为甘草、丹参、麦冬、黄芪、桂枝等,药物分类以补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药、安神药和解表药为主;根据聚类分析和关联规则分析结果,总结出国医大师和全国名中医常用药物组合。结论国医大师和全国名中医治疗心律失常多以益气活血化瘀为主,兼以清热安神,用药规律有迹可循,对临床治疗心律失常的组方用药有指导作用。
Objective To analysis the medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine masters and famous veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia, to investigate the TCM treatment rule of arrhythmia, with the purpose of guiding clinical medicine. Methods A comprehensive search of the treatment of arrhythmia by TCM masters and famous veteran doctors of TCM published in CNKI database. The medication rule of TCM treatment of arrhythmia was analyzed by taking the frequency analysis, cluster analysis and association rules. Results Totally 64 articles were enrolled, including 98 medical cases and the 201 herbs which were divided into 19 categories, total appearance frequency of 1319. The relatively high frequency of individual herbs is liquorice, salvia miltiorrhizae, Radix Ophiopogonis, Astragalus membranaceus, cassia twig. The categories which used most frequently are tonic drugs, antipyretics, blood-quickening stasis-transforming medicinal, sedative drugs, drugs for relieving exterior disorder. According to the consequence of cluster analysis and association rules, we can summarize the herbs combination most in use. Conclusion TCM masters and famous veteran doctors of TCM mainly used herbs capable for tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in treating arrhythmia, meanwhile, they concurrently used herbs clearing heat and soothe the nerves. The treatment rule can be found, and can guide clinical medicine for the treatment of arrhythmia.
