智力低下是一类遍及全球的严重危害儿童身心健康的疾病,其病因复杂,尤以遗传因素为主。近年来,各种分子检测技术被用于探究智力低下的遗传学病因。文章将各种不同分子检测技术的优缺点进行对比,以期该类技术被更好地应用。
Mental retardation is a type of disease that seriously harms children's physical and mental health throughout the world.Its etiology is complex,especially genetic factors.In recent years,various molecular detection technologies have been used to explore the genetic causes of mental retardation.The article compares the advantages and disadvantages of various molecular detection technologies in order to better apply such technologies.
