摘要
政治功能是高校学生党支部最根本、最核心的功能。新时代高校学生党支部政治功能提升要坚持问题导向,解决好"谁来做""做什么"和"怎么做"等三个最核心的问题。其中,"谁来做"是基础:党委统筹,教工党支部和学生党支部同心同向;"做什么"是根本:明确政治功能内涵,将对新时代高校学生党支部政治功能的认知简明化、具体化;"怎么做"是关键:抓"关键少数",走协同共建、与中心工作融合、新媒体新技术运营之路。
Political function is the most fundamental and core function of college student party branch.In order to improve the political function of college students’party branch in the new era,we should stick to the problem orientation and solve the three core problems of"who will do it","what to do"and"how to do it".Among them,"who will do"is the foundation:the party committee co-ordination,the teaching and engineering party branch and the student party branch to work in the same direction;"what to do"is fundamental:to clarify the connotation of political functions,and to concise and concretely understand the political function of the party branch of college students in the new era;"how to do"is the key:grasp the"key minority",take the collaborative co-construction,integration with the central work,new media new technology operation road.
