摘要
推拿作为临床广泛应用的中医外治疗法之一,对膝骨性关节炎(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)疗效显著,但其作用机制尚不明确。信号通路介导的KOA软骨细胞增殖、凋亡日益被人们关注,与KOA发病机制、靶向治疗的相关研究也逐渐起步。核因子-κB(NF-κB)信号通路在KOA软骨中存在病理性激活,其所介导的炎症反应与软骨细胞凋亡和KOA发病过程密切相关。本文拟从推拿调控炎症反应的角度,探讨其通过抑制NF-κB信号通路病理性激活促进KOA软骨修复的作用机制,为推拿治疗KOA的基础研究提供新的思路。
Tuina,as one of the widely used external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,has a significant effect on knee osteoarthritis(KOA),but its mechanism is not clear.The proliferation and apoptosis of KOA chondrocytes mediated by signal pathway have been paid more and more attention,and the research on the pathogenesis and targeted therapy of KOA has started gradually.NF-κB signaling pathway is pathologically activated in KOA cartilage,and the inflammatory response mediated by it is closely related to the apoptosis of chondrocytes and the pathogenesis of KOA.This paper intends to explore the mechanism of inhibiting the pathological activation of NF-κB signaling pathway and promoting the repair of KOA cartilage from the role of Tuina in regulating inflammatory reaction,in order to provide a new idea for the basic research of Tuina in the treatment of KOA.
