摘要
中药饮片的质量和安全控制,是确保其疗效的关键环节。但是在中药饮片流通的过程中,出现掺假伪劣、重金属超标、发霉虫蛀等质量安全不达标的现象,不利于人们的用药安全,也会阻碍中药饮片在国际市场的流通。因此,加强对中药材的种植、采购、炮制、储存等环节的质量管理控制,加强国内医疗机构中药饮片的安全性监测,能提高中药饮片在临床中的使用安全性,保证其质量和药效。本文基于中药饮片的发展现状,分析中药饮片质量管理中出现的问题,并给出相应的解决措施。
The quality and safety control of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is the key link to ensure its efficacy.However,in the process of the distribution of Chinese medicine decoction pieces,the phenomenon of quality and safety such as adulteration and counterfeiting,excessive heavy metals,mold worms,etc,has not reached the standard,which is not conducive to the safety of people’s medication,and will also hinder the circulation of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the international market.Therefore,strengthening the quality management control of the cultivation,procurement,processing and storage of Chinese herbal medicines,strengthening the safety monitoring of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in domestic medical institutions,can improve the safety of Chinese medicine decoction pieces in clinical use,and ensure their quality and efficacy.Based on the development status of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,this paper analyzes the problems in the quality management of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,and gives corresponding solutions.
