摘要
目的探讨中医辨证施护对腹泻患儿临床症状及治疗效果的影响。方法将2016年2月—2018年2月收治的腹泻患儿104例作为研究资料,随机分为2组,各52例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组增加中医辨证施护,评价2组康复效果及症状改善情况。结果观察组治疗有效率96.15%,对照组为80.77%,差异显著,P<0.05;观察组患儿症状消失时间及住院时间与对照组比较均明显更短,P<0.05。结论针对腹泻患儿实施中医辨证施护可进一步加快临床症状消失,缩短住院时间,利于进一步提高治疗效果,护理价值较高。
Objective To explore the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing on clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect of children with diarrhea.Methods 104 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into groups,with 52 cases in each group.The control group served as routine nursing service,while the observation group increased dialectical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.The rehabilitation effect and symptoms of the two groups were evaluated.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%and that of the control group was 80.77%,and the difference was significant P<0.05.The disappearance time of symptoms and hospitalization time of the children in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group P<0.05.Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing for children with diarrhea can further accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,shorten hospitalization time,help to further improve the treatment effect,and has high nursing value.
