摘要
目的对比分析印堂骨膜针刺法结合"老十针"和2012版《针灸治疗学》中失眠症的常规针刺方法治疗慢性失眠的临床疗效,为慢性失眠寻求更加有效的针刺治疗方案。方法收集筛选符合纳入标准的失眠患者84例,随机分成治疗组(42例)和对照组(42例),治疗组使用印堂骨膜针刺法结合"老十针"治疗,对照组采用常规针刺手法治疗。治疗前后,分别运用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)对患者的睡眠状态及失眠严重程度进行评价。结果2组患者治疗后PSQI评分及ISI评分较治疗前均有所降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各项评分较对照组评分更优(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后在睡眠质量、睡眠时间、入睡时间、催眠药物方面较对照组改善更优(P<0.05)。结论印堂骨膜针刺法结合"老十针"可有效治疗慢性失眠,且疗效优于常规针刺方法。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of Yintang(EX-HN3)periosteum acupuncture combined with"experienced ten acupoints"and conventional acupuncture in the 2012 edition of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of chronic insomnia,so as to find a more effective acupuncture treatment program for chronic insomnia.Methods Collecting screening included in the standard of 84 patients with insomnia,and they were randomly divided into treatment group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The treatment group was treated with Yintang(EX-HN3)periosteum needing technique combined with the"experienced ten acupoints",and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture at Yintang(EX-HN3).Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and insomnia severity scale(ISI)were used to evaluate the sleep status and insomnia severity of the patients before and after treatment.Results The PSQI and ISI scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the treatment group had better improvement in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time and hypnotic drugs than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yintang(EX-HN3)periosteum acupuncture combined with"experienced ten acupoints"can effectively treat chronic insomnia,and the curative effect is better than conventional acupuncture.
