摘要
目的分析三步推拿联合正脊技术在治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选择2016年2月—2019年2月椎动脉型颈椎病患者160例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各80例。对照组患者采用传统的推拿手段进行治疗,试验组患者采用三步推拿法配合正脊术进行治疗,通过对比2组试验患者的有效率、血流动力学、复发率等指标,判断2种治疗手段的临床效果。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05。试验组患者复发率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前2组患者TMFV、PSV、PI、RI差异不显著,P>0.05;治疗后,试验组患者TMFV、PSV、PI、RI均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论三步推拿配合正脊术治疗椎动脉型颈椎病效果优于传统的推拿手段。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of three-step massage combined with regulating spinal technique in the treatment of vertebral artery cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 160 patients who underwent vertebral artery cervical spondylosis in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were enrolled.The subjects were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to a random list.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional massage.The patients in the experimental group were treated with three-step massage and regulating spinal technique.The two treatments were compared by comparing the effective rate,hemodynamics and recurrence rate of the two groups of experimental patients.The clinical effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the TMFV,PSV,PI and RI between the two groups were not significant,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the TMFV,PSV,PI and RI of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-step massage combined with regulating spinal technique is superior to traditional massage in the treatment of vertebral artery cervical spondylosis.
