Selection and Improvement of Pretreatment Methods of Water Sample in Determining Amonia Nitrogen by Nessler’s Reagent Spectrophotometry

摘要 探讨了纳氏试剂分光光度法测定氨氮时水样的预处理方式;对硼酸吸收液影响氨氮测定及影响的消除进行了研究;在HJ535-2009的基础上,改进了实验过程,对氨氮标准样品进行测定并取得了很好的效果。 Pretreatment methods in determining amonia nitrogen by Nessler’S reagent spectrophotometry were discussed. The influence of boric acid absorption liquid on determination of amonia nitrogen was studied, and elimination methods of the influence were investigated, the experimental process was improved on the basis of national standard(HJ 535-2009).The method was used to determine the standard sample of amonia nitrogen, and the determination results were satisfactory.
