摘要
为了实现新时代绿色、安全生产与发展的要求,我国政府加强了对化工园区安全管理能力的监督与考察。化工园区的安全管理能力成了评价园区发展的重要指标。针对我国化工园区安全管理体系建设水平不一的问题,在分析国内外化工园区安全管理发展现状的基础上,提出了新的安全管理体系建设方案。查找出实际应用过程中存在的一些问题的,最终给出几点有助于提高化工园区安全管理能力的措施建议,为园区的转型升级提供探索的新思路。
With the continuous development of the times, China pays more and more attention to the development of the chemical industry and the construction of the chemical industry park. In order to meet the requirements of green, safe production and development in the new era, the Chinese government has strengthened the supervision and inspection of the safety management capacity of the chemical industry park. The safety management ability of chemical industry park has become an important index to evaluate the development of the park. Therefore, in view of the different level of safety management system construction in China’s chemical industry parks, based on the analysis of the development status of safety management in domestic and foreign chemical industry parks, a new safety management system construction scheme was put forward. Some problems in the process of practical application were analyzed, and some measures and suggestions to improve the safety management ability of the chemical industry park were put forward, which could provide new ideas for the transformation and upgrading of the park.
