浅析复合材料车身整车制造工厂规划设计

摘要 随着复合材料在汽车产品轻量化材质中占比的不断提高,传统钢制车身整车制造工厂已不能满足轻量化车身产品制造要求。本文以某复合材料车身产品整车制造工厂为实例,介绍了复合材料车身产品整车制造工厂总体制造工艺流程、车间工艺特点及其工程设计要求,以供同类新工厂规划设计时参考。 With the increasing proportion of composite materials in the lightweight materials of automobile products,traditional steel body vehicle manufacturing plants have been unable to meet the requirements of lightweight body products.This article takes a composite vehicle body product of a vehicle manufacturing plant as an example to introduce the overall manufacturing process fl ow,workshop process characteristics and engineering design requirements of the composite material body product of the vehicle manufacturing plant for reference in the planning and design of similar new factories.
