客车用永磁同步电机转子结构优化与分析

摘要 为设计一款可满足8.5米客车用行星排混动系统,且充分考虑可匹配国内各主流客车企业相关车型,经分析统计整车轴向布置空间限制问题尤为突出,因此,为控制行星排混动系统轴向长度,对电机转子结构进行优化设计和仿真分析,同时,也为客车用永磁同步电机的轻量化、小型化设计积累了经验,具有一定的参考意义。 When design a planetary exhaust hybrid system that can meet the 8.5-meter passenger bus,with the consideration that the system should match the relevant models manufactured by domestic mainstream bus companies,the analysis and statistics of the vehicle's axial layout space limitations are particularly prominent.Therefore,in order to control planetary exhaust mixing,the axial length of the dynamic system is optimized for the design and simulation analysis of the rotor structure of the motor.At the same time,by doing so,the experience for the lightweight and miniaturized design of permanent magnet synchronous motors for passenger cars can be accumulated,which is of certain reference signifi cance.
