息烽县盐肤木中蜂蜂蜜的品质分析 被引量:3

摘要 正确分析评价贵州省息烽县中华蜜蜂采集盐肤木蜂蜜的理化性质、营养价值及安全性等,可为息烽县中蜂采集的单花蜂蜜资源的开发与利用提供参考价值。利用高效液相色谱仪、分光光度计和液相色谱-串联质谱法等方法,分别测定、比较了盐肤木蜜和百花蜜的理化性质、营养成分、有毒有害物质含量及农兽药残留量。结果表明:盐肤木蜜主要理化指标达到行业标准一级品要求,且蔗糖、还原糖含量、淀粉酶活性和灰分显著优于GH/T 18796—2012《蜂蜜》规定指标;与中蜂采集的百花蜜相比,盐肤木蜜多含3种氨基酸,分别是丝氨酸、组氨酸和蛋氨酸;此外,盐肤木蜜的氨基酸含量显著高于百花蜜,前者所含氨基酸均在后者的10倍以上,最高达434倍;所有蜂蜜中均未检测出铁、锌、六六六、滴滴涕和四环素族抗生素,符合国标无公害蜂产品的标准,具有较好的开发利用前景。 In order to provide references for the development and utilization of unifloral honey sesources collected by Apis ceranain Xifeng county, Guizhou province, the physicochemical index, nutrient and safety of Rhus chinensis honey from Xifeng were detected and evaluated. The physicochemical properties, nutrient, toxic and harmfulsubstance content, and residue quantity of pesticide and veterinary drugs of R. chinensis honey and multifloral honey were analyzed by multiple approaches including high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), spectrophotometer, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and etc. The results showed that the main physicochemical indexs of R. chinensis honey have reached the first-class of industry standard. The content of sucrose and reducing suger, amylase activity and ash of R. chinensis honey were significantly higher than those specified in GH/T 18796-2012. Comparaed with the multifloral honey collected by A.ceranainthe R. chinensis honey contains three amino acids: serine, histidine and methionine. In addition, the amino acid content of R. chinensis honey was significantly higher than that of multifloral honey,and the amino acid content of the former was more 10 times than that of the latter, up to 434 times. Fe, Zn, BHC, DDT and Tet in all R. chinensis honey and multifloral honey were not detected. The results met the requirements of national and industry standards. It has good prospects for development and utilization.
