大线能量焊接埋弧焊丝熔敷金属组织和性能研究 被引量:4

Study on Microstructures and Properties of Deposited Metal of Submerged Arc Welding Wires for High Heat Input Welding

摘要 设计了不同Ti和B元素添加量的Mn-Ni-Ti-B系大线能量焊接用埋弧焊焊丝,并与SJ101焊剂匹配后进行埋弧焊熔敷金属试验。对熔敷金属的化学成分、力学性能和显微组织进行了检验,用扫描电镜观察其断口形貌,分析了Ti和B元素对焊接熔敷金属冲击韧性的作用。结果表明,设计的焊丝在大线能量焊接下的熔敷金属具有较高的强度和优良的低温冲击韧性;熔敷金属组织主要是由针状铁素体和先共析铁素体组成,不同的Ti和B元素添加量对熔敷金属中针状铁素体和先共析铁素体含量产生一定影响。 The submerged arc welding wires with the Mn-Ni-Ti-B series by adding different content of Ti and B elements was designed. After matching the wires with SJ101 flux, the test of the deposited metal by submerged arc welding was carried out. And then the chemical compositions, mechanical properties and microstructures of the deposited metal were inspected.The fracture appearance of the deposited metal was observed with a scanning electron microscope and the effects of Ti and B on its impact toughness were analyzed. The analytical results showed that the deposited metal welded by the designed welding wires under high heat input welding had relatively high strength and excellent low temperature impact toughness. The microstructures of the deposited metal were mainly composed of acicular ferrite and proeutectoid ferrite. Different adding amount of Ti and B elements had a certain effect on the content of acicular ferrite and proeutectoid ferrite in the deposited metal.
