摘要
近年来,全球对野生动物保护的呼声越来越强烈。针对目前我国在野生动物保护方面仍然存法律规范性条文不够健全,防控手段不够严格,执法部门执法工作不完全到位,公民法律意识不强等问题,分析了国内外国内外野生动物保护立法现状,从我国实际出发提出相应的针对性建议。探讨更科学、操作性强的野生动物法律保护机制,以期促使我国野生动物保护工作更加完善。
In recent years,the global appeal for wildlife protection has become increasingly strong.At present,there are still some problems in the protection of wildlife in China,such as,the legal regulations are not strict enough,the prevention and control measures are not strict enough,the law enforcement departments do not perform the work well,and the citizens have a weak legal awareness.This study analyzes the status of wildlife protection legislation in China and abroad,and puts forward corresponding suggestions from the reality of China,to explore a more scientific and operational legal mechanism for wildlife protection,so as to promotes the improvement of wildlife protection in China.
