胸腔镜辅助微创与导管射频消融治疗持续性心房颤动的疗效分析

摘要 目的分析胸腔镜辅助微创与导管射频消融治疗持续性心房颤动(房颤)的临床疗效。方法18例持续性房颤患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各9例。对照组患者实施导管射频消融治疗,研究组患者实施胸腔镜辅助微创射频消融治疗。分析比较两组患者术后即刻心律情况、出院时心律情况、并发症发生情况、术后起搏器安装情况、早期及晚期复发情况。结果术后即刻,两组窦性心律、房颤、起搏心律占比对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组心房扑动(房扑)占比0低于对照组的44.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,两组起搏心律和房扑占比对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组窦性心律占比66.67%高于对照组的11.11%,房颤占比11.11%低于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组早期及晚期复发率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于持续性房颤患者,胸腔镜辅助微创射频消融治疗效果优于导管射频消融治疗,可以促进临床症状改善,临床价值显著。
