摘要
新时代赋予体育智库在体育强国战略中以新的内涵和历史使命。以新时代我国所处的大数据时代背景为研究视角,提出大数据和体育智库的有机耦合是我国体育智库建设的战略选择和未来发展方向。当前我国体育智库建设存在的现实困境主要有功能定位不明确、管理体制不完善、大数据复合型人才匮乏和数据资源开放不足等。结合时代背景和现实需求,建议从明确功能定位、创新管理体制、健全人才机制和加快开放共享4个方面来实现创新转型和多元化发展。
The new era has given the sports think-tank a new connotation and historical mission in the strategy of strengthening the country.Taking the background of big data era in China in the new era as the research perspective,it is proposed that the organic coupling of big data and sports think-tank is the strategic choice and future development direction of China′s sports think-tank construction.The practical dilemmas in the construction of sports think-tank mainly include unclear functional positioning,imperfect management system,lack of compound professionals and inadequate data resources.Combining the background and actual needs,it is recommended to clear functional positioning,innovate management systems,perfect the talent mechanism and accelerate open sharing to achieve innovation transformation and diversified development.
