下颌骨髁状突囊内骨折分类及手术治疗新进展 被引量：5

摘要 髁状突是下颌骨解剖结构的薄弱区,当下颌骨受到损伤时,常伴有髁突的直接或间接骨折。而囊内骨折作为最常见的髁突骨折类型,由于特殊的解剖结构和受力作用特点,常表现出不同的形式,对患者功能的影响也不尽相同。此类骨折往往伴有关节盘及周围软组织损伤,处理相对复杂,不同的处理方式其预后可有很大差异。回顾相关文献,本文从髁状突囊内骨折的临床分类、诊断和手术治疗等方面进行一综述。
