摘要
中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司20万t/a聚丙烯装置采用中国石化第二代国产化环管聚丙烯工艺。通过对近年来的装置能耗情况进行分析,得出能耗主要集中在电能、蒸汽、循环水等方面。结合装置实际情况,通过采取优化操作、技术改造等措施,降低了装置能耗,达到了提高经济效益的目的。
The 200,000 t/a polypropylene plant of Sinopec Qingdao Refinery Chemical Co. Ltd. adopts the secondgeneration domestic loop polypropylene process of Sinopec. By analyzing the energy consumption of the device over the past few years, it is concluded that energy consumption is mainly concentrated in three aspects: electric energy, steam, and circulating water. Combined with the actual situation of the device, through optimization operations, technical transformation and other measures, the energy consumption of the device is reduced, and the purpose of improving economic efficiency is achieved.
