摘要
低温胁迫是影响全世界作物产量的主要非生物因素之一。当环境温度持续低于植物生长的最低温度时即对植物形成低温胁迫,主要是冷害和冻害。低温胁迫对植物的影响主要体现在酶活性、膜系统、细胞失水等,导致细胞代谢紊乱,甚至是细胞死亡。目前对植物响应低温胁迫的相关研究较多,也是发展较快的一项领域。随着现代研究技术的不断进步,关于植物抗寒性研究的方向不断更新,并且越来越多的研究方法被应用于鉴定植物抗寒性鉴定上。本研究主要从低温胁迫下植物生理生化、细胞结构、光合特性、分子生物学四个研究方面进行阐述,并对植物抗寒研究做出展望,为今后植物抗寒研究提供方向及理论基础。
Low temperature stress is one of the main abiotic factors affecting crop yield in the world, When the environmental temperature is lower than the minimum temperature of plant growth, low temperature stress is formed on plants, mainly chilling injury and freezing damage. The effects of low temperature stress on plants are mainly reflected in enzyme activity, membrane system, cell water loss and so on, which lead to cell metabolism disorder and even cell death. At present, there are many researches on plant response to low temperature stress and have developed rapidly. With the continuous progress of modern research technology, the research direction of plant cold resistance is constantly updated. The index of plant cold resistance research has been updated, more and more methods have been used to identify the cold resistance of plants. It is of great significance to analyze and study the cold resistance of plants, which can effectively reduce the adverse effects of low temperature on crops. In this review, the physiological and biochemical, cellular structure, photosynthetic characteristics and molecular biology of plants under low temperature stress were reviewed, which provided a theoretical basis for the study of plant cold resistance in the future. The research of plant cold resistance is prospected, which provides direction and theoretical basis for the research of plant cold resistance in the future.
