摘要
采用交叉筛选法,从有机溶剂、助剂对配方进行筛选,制备灭幼脲·阿维菌素超低容量喷雾油剂并表征其基本性质,该药剂具有良好的低温稳定性、润湿性,雾滴分散均匀。通过室内活性试验以及田间生物活性试验,评价了灭幼脲·阿维菌素超低容量喷雾油剂对荔枝蒂蛀虫的防治效果。实验结果表明,灭幼脲·阿维菌素超低容量喷雾油剂对荔枝蒂蛀虫具有良好的防治效果,且优于对照商品药。同时,该油剂是一款适合植保无人机喷施的专用农药制剂。
The cross screening method was used to screen the formula from the aspects of organic solvents and auxiliaries to prepare chlorbenzuron abamectin ultra-low volume(ULV)spray oil agent and test its basic properties.The oil agent possesses excellent cold storage stability,wettability and spray droplets are evenly distributed.The control effects of chlorbenzuron abamectin ULV spray oil agent on conopomorpha sinensis bradley were evaluated by indoor insecticidal activity tests and field efficacy trials.The results showed that chlorbenzuron abamectin ultra-low volume spray oil agent has good control effect on conopomorpha sinensis bradley,and superior to commercial drugs.And the oil agent is a special pesticide formulation which suitable for spraying by plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).
