Design Optimization of Impeller Structure of Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump: A Simulation Study

摘要 从理论上分析叶轮结构参数对泵抽气量的影响。在Pro/Mechanica模块下对所建叶轮模型进行静力学分析、设计参数灵敏度分析。通过灵敏度分析找出叶轮结构参数中对叶轮强度、泵抽气量影响较大的设计参数,然后进行结构优化。优化的约束条件是保证泵抽气量满足设计要求、叶轮的应力、位移都在许用范围内,通过优化叶轮的结构参数以达到叶轮重量最小的目的,优化后叶轮的总重量从82.6减少到81.3 t,减重率1.5%。提高材料利用率,节约成本。 The stress and displacement distributions of the impeller,in flow-field of liquid ring vacuum pump,were mathematically modeled,theoretically analyzed and numerically simulated with Pro/Mechanica for design optimization.The influence of the structural parameters of impeller blades on the impeller behavior,including the pumping speed of air and mechanical properties,such as the stress and displacement distributions and rigidity,was investigated in iteration simulation to specify the highly sensitive parameters.The preliminary results show that there exist 14 influencing structural parameters.When it comes to minimization of weight under the design requirements,the structure and density-profile of 6-parameters were optimized via simulation.The results show that while satisfying the design requirements on pumping speed and mechanical behavior,the optimized impeller losses a weight by 1.5%,from 82.6 to 81.3 t.
