摘要
档案管理工作是高校管理工作中的重要内容。在这个信息化不断变化发展的新时代,为了能够对高校的档案进行更加高效的管理,高校档案工作者要不断解放思想、与时俱进,结合自身档案工作的实际现状来明确自己的职业发展方向,明确自身在档案工作管理工作中存在的局限与问题,不断完善与提升自身在档案管理方面的职业能力与职业素养。本文主要对新时代高校档案工作者职业发展进行探究,旨在促进档案工作者更加的职业发展水平得到更好的提升,增强高校档案管理的效率与质量。
Archives management is an important part of university management.In this new era of continuous change and development of information technology,in order to be able to carry out more efficient management of college archives,college archivists should constantly emancipate their minds,keep pace with the times,combine the actual situation of their own archives work to define their own career development direction,clear their own limitations and problems in the management of archives work,and constantly improve and upgrade their own professional ability and quality in file management.This paper mainly probes into the professional development of college archivists in the new era,aiming to promote the professional development level of archivists and enhance the efficiency and quality of college archives management.
