摘要
人才培养必须紧随时代发展。在创新创业蓬勃发展的当下,工科院校纷纷聚焦于"双创人才"的培养,尤其注重发挥实践在"双创人才"培养中的重要作用。本文在总结现有实践育人体系不足的基础上创新性地提出递进式实践育人体系,通过对其内涵和实施路径的剖析,进一步论证其在"双创人才"培养中的重要价值,以期为高校发展、社会进步提供参考。
Personnel training must follow the development of the times.With the rapid development of innovation and entrepreneurship,engineering colleges have focused on the cultivation of"entrepreneurship and innovation talents",especially on the important role of practice in the cultivation of"entrepreneurship and innovation talents".On the basis of summing up the shortcomings of the existing practical education system,this paper creatively puts forward the progressive practical education system.Through the analysis of its connotation and implementation path,it further demonstrates its important value in the cultivation of"entrepreneurship and innovation talents",in order to provide reference for the development of colleges and universities and social progress.
