摘要
目的:为辽宁省相关部门制定科普政策提供可行、合理、科学的决策依据,促进辽宁省经济社会实现跨越式发展。方法:通过近期科普数据,总结我省科普工作取得的成效及科普工作模式,分析"十三五"收官阶段我省科普工作存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议。结果:我省公民的科学素质比例已达到8.47%,但从中长期发展角度着眼,我省的科普工作模式、科普管理体系及运营机制仍需待进一步完善,科普工作缺乏创新性,科普平台的建设及人才整体素质均有待提高,科普经费及基础设施仍需跟进。建议:结合时代特征加强科普工作模式、科普管理体系及运营机制建设,保障经费投入,增加场地建设,提高人员素质,开展多元化科普活动,促进辽宁省科普工作常态化发展。
[Objective] to provide feasible, reasonable and scientific decision-making basis for relevant departments of Liaoning Province to formulate science popularization policies, and to promote the leap forward development of Liaoning Province’s economy and society. [Methods] Based on the data of popular science in the near future, this paper summarizes the achievements and modes of popular science in our province, analyzes the problems existing in the work of popular science in the end of the 13 th five year plan, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. [results] the proportion of scientific quality of citizens in our province has reached 8.47%, but from the perspective of medium and long-term development, the work mode, management system and operation mechanism of science popularization in our province still need to be further improved, science popularization lacks innovation, the construction of science popularization platform and the overall quality of talents need to be improved, science popularization funds and infrastructure need to be followed up. [suggestions] according to the characteristics of the times, we should strengthen the construction of science popularization work mode, science popularization management system and operation mechanism, guarantee investment, increase site construction, improve personnel quality, carry out diversified science popularization activities, and promote the normal development of science popularization in Liaoning Province.
