双语师范生教育实习调查研究

A Survey of Bilingual Normal Students’ Educational Practice

摘要 在双语师范生教育实习过程中,实习生的专业知识储备不足、思想观念出现偏差、教育实习基地等问题依然存在。针对这些问题,我们应从"创新师范生教育实习模式",全面推广"专业导师制",加强双语师范实习生与实习指导教师之间的交流,高等院校和实习基地应保持适当的联系与沟通这四个方面来着手解决。 In the process of bilingual normal students’ educational practice, the problems such as lack of professional knowledge reserve, deviation of ideas, and educational practice base still exist. In order to solve these problems, we should innovate the teaching practice mode of normal university students, popularize the professional tutor system in an all-round way,strengthen the communication between bilingual normal university students and practice guidance teachers, and maintain proper contact and communication between colleges and practice bases.
