摘要
网络科学技术的高速发展,对高职高专生心理健康发展提出了挑战的同时,也为心理健康教育提供了新的机遇。从机遇入手,针对网络心理健康教育提出以下几点建议。首先,应充分利用自媒体,转变心理健康教育课程模式;其次,开发心理健康教育服务云平台,融合学校、家庭、社会共同力量;再次,开展网络心理咨询,拓展心理咨询渠道;最后,提高网络信息甄别能力,降低网络负面影响。
With the rapid development of Internet, it has been a challenge of students’ mental health, but also provides new opportunities for education. We can take advantage of this opportunity by the following suggestions: First, making full use of media to change the course mode of mental health education;second, developing the cloud platform which integrates the forces of school, family and society;third, developing network psychological consultation;finally, improving the ability of network information screening.
