摘要
在"双高计划"下,高技能人才的培育越来越需要"工匠精神"的植入。高职院校在加强"校企合作、工学结合"的同时,应承担起培养学生工匠精神的责任。本文结合地方炮制帮派的特点,对"中药炮制技术"课程在实训教学项目、考核评价方式、大赛融入教学等方面进行改革创新,促进学生"工匠精神"的养成,进而传承传统炮制技艺,创新现代炮制工艺。
Under "the Plan of High-level Modernized Higher Vocational College and High-level Professional Groups Construction", the cultivation of high-skilled talents needs more and more "The spirit of craftsman ". Higher Vocational Colleges should take the responsibility of cultivating students’ craftsman spirit while strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination. Based on the characteristics of local processing, this paper innovates the course of "processing technology of traditional Chinese Medicine" in the aspects of practical teaching items, assessment and evaluation methods, and the integration of competition into teaching, so as to promote the cultivation of students’ "craftsman spirit", in order to inherit the traditional processing technology, innovative modern processing technology.
