摘要
高校辅导员制度是我国高校教育体系制度的重要部分,而高校辅导员不仅是大学生思想教育的主要工作者,还是学生发展的指引者和学生健康成长的守护者。但是在新时代背景下,工作环境对辅导员胜任力提出了新的挑战,辅导员胜任力暴露出领导力低、认知度低、创新能力低、执行力低等问题。因此,基于胜任力理论,为了提升高校辅导员的工作能力,必须采取提升辅导员的领导能力、加强辅导员的职业认知、发挥辅导员的创新能力、提升辅导员的实干能力等措施来提升辅导员胜任力。
The college counselor system is an important part of the college education system in our country, and the college counselor is not only the main worker of college students’ ideological education, but also the guide of students’ development and the guardian of students’ healthy growth. However, in the new era, the working environment puts forward new challenges to the competence of counselors, which exposes the problems of low leadership, low awareness, low innovation ability and low execution ability. Therefore, based on the competency theory, in order to improve the work ability of college counselors, we must take measures to improve the leadership ability of counselors, strengthen the professional cognition of counselors, play the innovation ability of counselors, and improve the practical ability of counselors and so on.
