摘要
为了提高采煤机效率,通过地面试验、离散元法仿真以及理论计算对采煤机截齿的载荷及滚筒扭矩开展分析。研究结果显示:采煤机在不同牵引速度下,单个截齿所受载荷为周期性变化;地面试验、离散元法仿真、数学模型所得不同牵引速度下采煤机滚动扭矩变化为不规则波动,且随着牵引速度加快,采煤机滚动扭矩明显增大。研究工作证明了离散元法仿真以及数学模型对滚动扭矩进行研究以及预测的可行性,同时为采用离散元法对采煤机滚筒扭矩进行研究提供了一种新的方法与思路。
In order to improve the efficiency of shearer,the pick load and drum torque of shearer were analyzed through ground test,discrete element simulation and theoretical calculation.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,under different traction speed,the load of single pick changes periodically.Secondly,the drum torque of shearer under different traction speeds obtained from ground test,discrete element simulation and theoretical calculation presents irregular fluctuation,and increases obviously with the increase of traction speed.The research can prove the feasibility of studying and predicting the drum torque by discrete element simulation and theoretical calculation model.At the same time,it provides a new method and idea for studying drum torque of shearer by discrete element simulation.
