摘要
针对高含泥全尾砂用于充填的技术难题,通过开展全尾砂和分级尾砂充填材料试验,结合矿山充填采矿工艺和经济性需求,综合评判分析确定全尾砂不能制备高质量经济合理的充填料浆;通过分级尾砂试验剔除部分超细粒级后,制备的充填料浆流动性好、强度性能大幅改善,矿山实践证实分级尾砂充填能够全面满足采矿工艺技术经济要求。
In view of the technical problems of tailings filling with high mud content,the filling material tests on full tailings and graded tailings were carried out.Combined with technical and economic requirements of mine filling mining,by comprehensive evaluation and analysis,it was determined that the high-quality filling slurry could not be financially prepared with full tailings.Through graded tailings test to remove part of ultra-fine particles,the prepared filling slurry had good fluidity,and the strength performance had been greatly improved.The graded taillngs could fully meet the technical and economic requirments of mining technology.
