摘要
岩溶发育区桥梁桩基础在修建过程中经常出现漏浆、卡钻、地表开裂塌陷等工程病害,针对这些工程病害,常见的处治措施主要有回填法以及钢护筒跟进法。针对超大型岩溶区桩基础施工过程中采用常规处治措施反复处理仍不能顺利成孔的问题,结合福建莆炎高速公路跨省道204分离桥桩基础施工,提出了高压旋喷帷幕注浆预加固法处治超大型溶洞的施工工艺,有效控制了桩基础施工过程中渗漏问题,保证了桩基施工过程的安全性,确保了成桩质量。研究成果可为类似工程提供施工参考,具有很大的经济效益和社会效益。
During the construction of bridge pile foundations in karst-developed areas,damages such as slurry leakage,stuck drilling,and surface cracking and collapse often occur.For these damages,common treatment measures mainly include backfilling and steel tube.In view of the problem that conventional treatment measures can not facilitate formation of holes during the construction of pile foundations in super large karst areas,combined with the pile construction of the Bridge 204 located at the trans-boundary area of the Putian-Yanling Expressway,the high-pressure rotary jet curtain grouting pre-reinforcement method is proposed which has effectively controlled the leakage problem during the construction of the pile foundation,the safety of the pile foundation construction process being ensured,and the quality of the pile formation is guaranteed.The research results can provide construction reference for similar projects with great economic and social benefits.
