摘要
威灵仙的功效由最初的祛风毒发展至止痛、抗癌等,被广泛运用于临床。在全国第四次中药资源普查过程中于山东省临沂罗庄地区发现长冬草(铁扫帚)和太行铁线莲蕴藏量较丰富,同时通过实地考察发现山东地区蕴藏量较为丰富。为研究其与威灵仙药材的内在关系,特梳理了自南北朝至当代医学著作中威灵仙的文献资料,从文献记载、药用历史和药用植物方面对威灵仙药材进行研究考察。从而得出结论:威灵仙药用最早记载于南北朝时期,因地理分布、战乱等原因,唐代以前应用并不广泛,至宋元时期,对威灵仙的药用价值已形成较为全面的认识,并随着需求量的增加,出现了代用、混用等现象,影响至今。对威灵仙药材资源扩展与代用品的研究应当加强。
Weilingxian(Clematidis Radix Et Rhizoma)has developed from the original wind-removing drug to a drug with analgesic,anti-cancer and other functions.It is widely used in clinical practice.During the Fourth National Survey of Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources,the rich reserves of Clematis hexapetala var.tchefouensis and Clematis kirilowii Maxim are found in Luozhuang,Shandong.At the same time,through field investigations,it is found that the reserves in Shandong are relatively rich.This paper reviews the medical works on Weilingxian from the Southern and Northern Dynasties to the contemporary era,and analyzes the literature records,medicinal history and medicinal plants of Weilingxian to study the inner relationship among the three herbs.It is concluded that Weilingxian is first recorded in the Southern and Northern Dynasties.Due to the geographical distribution,war and other reasons,it was not widely used before the Tang Dynasty.Until the Song and Yuan Dynasties,a more comprehensive understanding of the medical value of Weilingxian was formed,and with the increased demand,there were substitution,mixed use and other phenomena which last till today.The research on the expansion and substitution of the medicinal materials of Weilingxian should be strengthened.
