摘要
遗精在中医临床分为生理性遗精和病理性遗精。中医文献中根据有梦和无梦将其分为梦遗和滑精,并将遗精作为统一病名。张春和教授认为遗精多因胆经相火上逆,中气不生,肝失疏泄,肾中水气不藏,故精液流溢不止。其在临床治疗遗精,重视“补中气,降相火”,巧妙运用小建中汤加味方以补益中气、和降胆经相火、疏肝补肾。介绍验案两则,为遗精的治疗提供辨治思路。
Seminal emission can be divided into physiological seminal emission and pathological seminal emission.According to the records of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine literature,it is divided into“dream emission”and“spermatorrhea”according to whether there is dream or not,and seminal emission is taken as a unified disease name.Professor ZHANG Chunhe believes that seminal emission is mostly due to the ministerial fire of the gallbladder meridian flaming upward,the absence of middle qi,abnormal dispersion of liver qi,and the absence of water and qi in the kidney,so the semen is overflowing.Therefore,in the clinical treatment,attention is paid to“tonifying middle qi and lowering ministerial fire”,and ingenious use of modified Xiaojianzhong Decoction(小建中汤加味方)is to tonify middle qi,reduce ministerial fire of gallbladder meridian,soothe the liver and tonify the kidney.In addition,two cases are attached to provide a new way of differentiation and treatment for seminal emission.
