摘要
总结吕晓东教授对慢性咳嗽的临床治疗经验,其从顽咳与久咳认识该病。认为慢性咳嗽必有外邪干肺为因,兼挟他邪。临床诊治注重四诊次序,以虚实为纲,常辨证分为痰热郁肺、寒饮伏肺、气阴两虚三个证型。运用络病学理论指导临床用药,注重益气养阴药的使用,且注重情志因素对疾病的影响。
Professor LYU Xiaodong’s clinical experience in treatment of chronic cough based on his understanding of refractory cough and chronic cough were summarized.The main reason of chronic cough is that exogenous pathogen invade the lung,and there are other pathogenic factors.In clinical treatment,he pays attention to the order of four diagnosis methods,with deficiency and excess as the main guiding line.The syndrome differentiation of chronic cough can be divided into three types:phlegm heat stagnating the lung,recurrent cold phlegm in the lung and deficiency of qi and yin.Theory of collateral diseases should be applied to guide clinical medication.He also pays attention to the use of medicines for benefiting qi and nourishing yin,and attaches importance to the impact of emotional factors on cough.
