摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术对近现代齐鲁小儿推拿代表性著作中小儿脑瘫临床特色内容进行总结。方法:对齐鲁医派小儿推拿各流派的代表性著作进行全文阅读,采用SATI以及UCINET、NetDraw对脑瘫相关的中医病名及手法穴位的组方配伍进行可视化中心度分析,并计算手法穴位的出现频次及支持度。结果:6本代表性著作中有5本涉及脑瘫,共有22个脑瘫相关中医病名,所采用的穴位共有28个,揉二人上马、补肾水、推三关、补脾土、运内八卦等手法选穴使用较为频繁。结论:近现代齐鲁医派小儿推拿根据中医证候表现对脑瘫进行了较为详细的命名,适宜小儿推拿的辨证施治;在推拿治疗中,以补肾治脑的揉二人上马、补肾水为核心,根据不同的症状表现选用不同手法穴位,形成了主次清晰的组方配伍关系。
Objective:Based on the data mining technology,the clinical characteristics of pediatric Tuina in the representative works of modern Qilu Medical School in treatment of cerebral palsy were summarized.Methods:The full text of the representative works of every pediatric Tuina school belonging to modern Qilu Medical School were read.Visual center degree of the name of cerebral palsy in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the combination of acupoint with manipulation were analyzed by SATI,UCINET and NetDraw.Then the frequency and support of the manipulation and the acupoint were calculated.Results:Five of the six representative books and 22 names were related to cerebral palsy.A total of 28 acupoints were included.The frequency of manipulation such as kneading Er’renshangma,supplementing Shenshui,pushing Sanguan,supplementing spleen and manipulating interior Bagua were highest.Conclusions:In pediatric Tuina belonging to modern Qilu Medical School,names of cerebral palsy in TCM were refined according to clinical symptoms,which is suitable for diagnosis and treatment by pediatric Tuina.Supplementing kidney to treat brain(kneading Er’renshangma,supplementing Shenshui)is the core of the treatment,which is combined with other acupoint and manipulation according to different symptoms.The relationship of compatibility is clear.
