摘要
四虫片为国医大师尚德俊教授所首创,系运用蜈蚣、全蝎、土鳖虫、地龙4种虫类药物组方治疗消化道肿瘤胃癌的重要代表方药,在临床广泛应用。基于胃癌血瘀-癌毒的病机理论,探讨四虫片的方药组成及组方各药物的现代药理作用,分析四虫片在胃癌治疗中的优势,展望四虫片治疗胃癌的研究方向。
Sichong Tablet pioneered by Professor SHANG Dejun,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,is an important representative medicine for the treatment of gastric cancer,one of the gastrointestinal tumor.It is composed of Wugong(scolopendra),Quanxie(scorpions),Tubiechong(eupolyphaga)and Dilong(earthworm)and it is widely used in clinical practice.Based on the pathogenesis theory of blood stasis-cancerous toxin of gastric cancer,this paper discusses the composition of Sichong Tablet and their respective modern pharmacological effects,analyzes the theoretical advantages of Sichong Tablet in the treatment of gastric cancer,and prospects the research direction of it in the treatment of gastric cancer.
