跨区域电网多层级智能决策管控方法研究

Research on multi-level intelligent decision-making management and control method for cross-regional power grid

摘要 由于传统的电网多层级智能决策管控方法可管控的电压量过小的问题,提出一种跨区域电网多层级智能决策管控方法。首先确定智能决策管控电压指标,标准化处理各项电压决策管控指标,将决策管控指标统一度量,并对决策管控指标赋予权重,然后采用层次分析法得到电压决策管控指标的轻重程度,收集专家对电压决策指标重要程度评分均值,计算出最终的决策管控指标的权重结果,使用逼近理想解排序(Technique for Order Preferenceby Similarity to Ideal Solution,TOPSIS)法对各个权重排序,并计算全部决策管控权重的偏差率,剔除偏差率小的电压权重值,使用保留下的决策管控指标的权重值,建立跨区域电网多层级智能决策管控模型,计算模型的拟合优度,得到最佳的回归拟合值,将得到的回归拟合值设定在电压智能决策管控模型中,实现对跨区域电网多层级智能决策管控。实验结果表明:与传统决策管控方法相比,跨区域电网多层级智能决策管控方法可管控的电压量为650 V,更适合跨区域电网的决策管控。 Because the traditional multi-level intelligent decision-making control method of power grid can control too little voltage,a multi-level intelligent decision-making control method of cross regional power grid is proposed.First,determining the intelligent decision-making control voltage indicators,standardizing the various voltage decision-making control indicators,the decision-making control indicators is used are unified measured the decision-making control indicators are given a weight.Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to get the weight degree of the voltage decision-making control indicators,the average value of the experts’ scores are collected on the importance degree of the voltage decision-making indicators,and the weight of the final decision-making control indicators are calculated as a result,the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) method is used to rank each weight,and the deviation rate of all decision-making control weights is calculated,the voltage weight value with small deviation rate is eliminated,and the weight value of the reserved decision-making management index is used to establish the multi-level intelligent decision-making management and control model of the cross regional power grid The best regression fitting value is obtained by the goodness of fit.The obtained regression fitting value is set in the voltage intelligent decision-making and control model is used to realize the multi-level intelligent decision-making and control of cross regional power grid.The experimental results show that:compared with the traditional decision-making control method,the multi-level intelligent decision-making control method can control 650 V voltage,which is more suitable for the decision-making control of cross regional power grid.
