摘要
偏头痛是一种临床常见的神经血管性疾病,属中医学头风、头痛等范畴。肝阳上亢证是偏头痛的常见证候之一,发病机制复杂,现代临床仍未有良好的治疗方法。中医对偏头痛病因病机的阐述和辨证论治理论颇多,但尚无统一观点。总结肝阳上亢型偏头痛病因病机和现代中医治疗进展,为临床治疗提供一定的参考依据。
Migraine is a common clinical neurovascular disease, which belongs to the category of Chinese medicine, head and headache. Liver-yang syndrome is one of the common syndromes of migraine. The pathogenesis is complicated, and there is still no good treatment in modern clinic. There are many theories on the pathogenesis of migraine and the theory of dialectical treatment in Chinese medicine, but there is no unified viewpoint. This article summarizes the progress of the pathogenesis and modern Chinese medicine treatment. It provides a reference for the treatment of patients with migraine due to hyperactivity of liver Yang.
