摘要
目的:探讨强化保健服务和常规保健服务对儿童生长发育的临床效果对比。方法:选取2017年4~2018年5月到医院进行保健的86例婴儿为研究对象,按保健方法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(46例);对照组予以常规保健服务;观察组予以强化保健服务。观察两组婴儿体格、神经行为发育状况和生长发育异常情况。结果:婴儿12个月时,观察组的身长、头围均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组适应性、精细动作、个人一社交、大运动、语言评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生长异常总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规保健服务比较,强化保健服务更能增强婴儿体格、神经的生长发育,降低低体质量、肥胖、维生素D缺乏性佝偻病发生率,促进婴儿健康成长。
Objective:to explore the comparison of clinical effects of intensive health care services and conventional health care services on the growth and development of children.Methods:86 outpatients from our hospital from April 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the health care method,they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(46 cases).The control group received routine health care services.The observation team will strengthen health care services.The physical,neurobehavioral development and growth and development abnormalities of the infants in the two groups were observed.R esults:at the age of 12 months,the body length and head circumference of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Adaptability,fine motor,individual-social interaction,motor movement and language scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05).The total incidence of abnormal growth in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with routine health care services,intensive health care services can enhance the growth and development of infants'physique and nerves,reduce the incidence of low body mass,obesity and vitamin D deficiency rickets,and promote the healthy growth of infants.
