摘要
目的:探讨富硒五谷虫粉(SECP)对小鼠急性毒性及抗氧化作用。方法:ICR小鼠(雌雄各半)随机分为SECP组和空白组,SECP组灌胃SECP日最大剂量,空白组予以对应剂量空白溶剂,观察动物给药后14 d内生存情况。实验结束时通过试剂盒法分别检测肝、肾组织及血清中各抗氧化酶及氧化产物;采用HE组织切片分析SECP对肝、肾病理影响。结果:试验期间无小鼠死亡,各组动物摄食、体重及生理活动未见异常。SECP组脏器系数与空白组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。各组血清、肝脏生化指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);但雌性SECP组肾脏MDA、SOD、GSH-Px低于雌性空白组均具有显著性差异(P<0.05),雄性SECP组肾脏GSH高于雄性空白组具有显著性差异(P<0.05),其余无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组肝、肾组织未见显著病理异常。结论:SECP对小鼠无急性毒性或毒性较小并且具有一定的抗氧化作用,为其进行功能食品的研究与开发提供了实验基础。
Objective:The preliminarily safety property of selenium enrichment calliphoridae powder(SECP)was studied by acute toxic test.The antioxidant of the SECP was also studied by effect biochemical indices in mice.Methods:ICR mice(half male and half female)were divided into SECP group and blank groups,randomly.Mice of the SECP group were administered with SECP at daily maximum dosage,while mice of the blank group with same dosage of blank solvent.The survival time were recorded for 14 days after administered.After the mice were sacrificed,antioxidant enzymes and oxidation products in liver,kidney and serum were assayed by detection kit,respectively.The impact of SECP on viscera was determined from HE pathologic sections.Results:No death occur during experiment.No significant difference found in daily feed intakes,body weight increase and physiological activities.No significant differences appeared in organ coefficient,biochemical index and pathology assay(P>0.05).No significant differences appeared in serum and liver biochemical indexes(P>0.05);but MDA,SOD,GSH-Px in the kidney of the female SECP group were smaller than that of the female blank group(P<0.05),GSH in the male SECP group was higher compared with the male blank group(P<0.05),No significant difference appeared between the others(P>0.05).There were no significant pathological abnormalities in liver and kidney.Conclusions:No significant or less toxic reaction appeared with daily maximum administration dosage for SECP on ICR mice.SECP have an antioxidant activity,and can be used for further functional and application research.
