特色班级文化建设的价值取向:用文化引领师生幸福成长

摘要 立德树人是新时代教育的根本任务.文化育人成为落实立德树人的根本任务、建设社会主义精神文明、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的有效途径,促进学生自主、快乐、健康成长是教育的本质和核心.为此,我们审视班级文化建设的价值取向表现在:一是文化兴校,学校内涵发展;二是文化育人,学生快乐成长;三是文化强师,班主任收获幸福. It is the fundamental task of education in the new era to build morality and cultivate people.Cultural education has become an effective way to carry out the fundamental task of moral education,build socialist spiritual civilization,cultivate and practice socialist core values.Promoting students'independent,happy and healthy growth is the essence and core of education.To this end,we examine the value orientation of class culture construction in the following aspects:first,culture promotes the school and the development of school connotation;second,culture educates people and students grow up happily;third,culture strengthens teachers and class teachers reap happiness.
